Our Hiring Process

All applicants will be thoroughly screened upon submission of requirements. The whole hiring process may take at least a month. Our hiring process is as follows:

 

STEP 1: Preliminary Screening: Assessment of application requirements based on the list qualifications for the desired position.

STEP 2: Initial Interview: Selected applicants will be invited for an interview with our human resources specialist.

STEP 3: Pre-employment Examinations: All qualified applicants will undergo a set of tests to gauge their intellectual capability and skills in relation to the position they applied for.

STEP 4: Final Interview: Should you pass the examinations, we will contact you and schedule you for a series of interviews with department heads and supervisors.

STEP 5: Medical Examination:  You will be asked to undergo medical tests to assess your fitness to work.

STEP 6: Job Offer: The successful applicant will be called in to discuss the job offer. Upon agreement to all the terms of the salary offer, he or she will be asked to sign an employment contract.

RETAIL NETWORK COORDINATOR

The Retail Network Coordinator shall monitor and provide support to a team of Retail Business Administrators responsible in effectively managing a network of stations and attaining monthly minimum required sales volume established by the company for each retail outlet.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any engineering or business course from a reputable institution
  • At least 5 years working experience, preferably in sales network and marketing strategies
  • 28 to 35 years old
  • Influencing, persuading, highly motivated, and hardworking
  • Adaptability to working in a fast-paced culture
  • Analytical and can take on challenges and new assignments
  • Good oral and written communication skills

 

RETAIL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (1)

The Retail Maintenance Engineer shall oversee and manage a team of technicians responsible for ensuring the reliability and upkeep of retail fuel station equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Should be a licensed engineer, preferably civil or mechanical
  • At least 5 years working experience, preferably in repair and maintenance of retail fuel station equipment
  • 28 to 35 years old
  • Highly technical and analytical, willing to do hands-on work if required
  • With experience in leading and managing people
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, and can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to take on challenges and new assignments
  • Good oral and written communication skills

 

LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER (Bataan)

  • Has at least 2 years experience in Project Management
  • Not more than 35 years old
  • With good verbal and written skills
  • With strong analytical skills
  • Has good people handling skills
  • Mature, highly motivated, and committed to deliver
  • Background on Basic Structural Engineering concepts and calculations, an advantage
  • Familiarity with NSCP, National Building Code and Fire Code
  • Has experience with STAAD pro, AUTOCAD, and MS Project

 

COMMERCIAL SALES ASSISTANT (1)

  • College graduate of any business or engineering course.
  • Not more than 30 years old
  • Related work experience in retail and marketing research an advantage.
  • Preferably fluent in both Ilocano and Kapampangan
  • Must be willing to be assigned ANYWHERE IN THE PHILIPPINES
  • Fresh graduates may apply

 

ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (2)

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent.
  • Not more than 30 years old
  • At least one (1) year related experience
  • Trainable and can work with minimum supervision

RETAIL TRAINER

  • College Graduate of any Business course
  • Not more than 30 years old
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

HR/ADMIN STAFF

  • College Graduate of any Business course

HR ON-THE-JOB TRAINING  

  • A graduating students taking up BS Psychology or any Behavioral Science course
  • willing to be assigned in Pasay
  • willing to render at least 4 hours of work per day, and
  • driven  to learn and acquire valuable career job exposure whether as a part of a course requirement or for personal growth

 

 

PROJECT NETWORK RESEARCHER (5 Months)

  • College Graduate of any Business course
  • Strong research, presentation, and communication skills
  • Creative, highly motivated, enterprising and persuasive
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, Tarlac and Zambales / Subic throughout the research assignment.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

 

HR ASSISTANT (1)

  • Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or its equivalent.
  • Must have at least 2 year(s) related work experience
  • Must have intermediate knowledge in all facets of Human Resources: Recruitment, Timekeeping, Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
  • Has good verbal and written communication skills
  • Has good people orientation, keen on details, organized and self-motivated
