Role Overview:

• Marketing and Leasing: Responsible for doing site tours, tenant relations,negotiations and contract management.
• Tenant Relations: Maintain an active tenant pool suitable for our brand.

• Financial Management: Be able to manage financial records, prepare budgets, and track expenses. To ensure that rent is collected on time and that any late payments are addressed
  promptly.
• Market Study: Conduct feasibility studies that are up to date with competition And all the other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• At least 5 years experience in negotiation

• Excellent negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office

• Must be willing to be assigned in Visayas
